Guests are encouraged to stay in Healdsburg - a super cute, very walkable, quintessential town in the heart of Sonoma County (~30 minutes from the venue) with amazing restaurants, wineries galore, and plenty to do.
If you'd like any assistance finding or booking accommodations, let us know on your RSVP - we have someone who can help!

We pre-reserved a block of rooms with a discounted rate at the Lodge at Healdsburg hotel.
 
The hotel is ~15 min walking on a private road to the main plaza in downtown Healdsburg. Shuttles will pickup/drop-off directly at the Lodge hotel.

Transportation from Healdsburg to the wedding venue in Santa Rosa (and back) will be provided.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to/from the Welcome Party in Healdsburg on Friday (9/18).
We recommend renting a car to allow more flexibility for exploring the area - there’s so much to see and do! 
Ubers are generally available, but expect longer wait times than you may be used to in larger cities.

Shuttle transportation to the wedding venue (and back) will be provided from the Lodge hotel and a central location in downtown Healdsburg.
Keep in mind, parking is not permitted at the venue!

Travel

For those joining us Friday (9/18) for the Welcome Party, we recommend traveling on/before Thursday (9/17) to give yourself time to settle in and explore the area a bit on your own before wedding festivities begin.
Most guests will fly into San Francisco (SFO) or Oakland (OAK) and drive north ~1-1.5 hrs.
There is also a tiny local airport in Santa Rosa (STS).  Direct flights are limited, but STS is only 15 min from Healdsburg and the wedding venue - an excellent option for guests traveling from Los Angeles (LAX/BUR), San Diego (SAN), Seattle (SEA), Portland (PDX), and Denver (DEN).
For those choosing not to rent a car, there is an airport shuttle (aka "the Airporter") to Santa Rosa from SFO and OAK airports (STS is only a 15 min cab ride away). Please keep in mind, you will need to arrange your own transportation from the Airporter drop-off point (see below) to your  hotel/AirBnB.

This is an outdoor wedding (not stiletto-friendly terrain), so choose footwear wisely!
Weather should be warm and sunny during the day, but once the sun sets, it can get rather chilly, so we recommend bringing an extra layer.

Is there parking at the venue?

The short answer is NO!
However, very limited parking can be reserved for guests who absolutely need accommodations.
